Monthly Club Meeting

AJE’s monthly club meetings begin at 6:00PM with a social hour for members to reconnect and welcome visitors while enjoying food and drink.
The official portion of the meeting follows at 7:00PM with the introduction of visitors and new members and includes voting to accept past meeting minutes along with reports by the club secretary, treasurer, and committees.
We conclude each meeting with “trail reports” from members on any wheeling since the previous meeting, planning discussions for the upcoming club runs (including volunteers for the club meal), and general conversation and comments before adjourning official business.
Monthly Club Runs – 2024
Closed events – members and invited guests only
Each month, AJE holds an official club run for our members to go wheeling and in some months we hold multiple events. These runs are organized with a trail guide / spotter and volunteer cook for the club meal (funded by the club). Members sign up to attend via our website and coordinate their accommodations, wheeling days, driver’s meeting time and location, and what they’re bringing as a side dish for the club meal.

In addition to monthly runs organized by the club, our members also regularly organize other events. These range from social hours after work, to Taco Tuesdays, to wrenching weekends for a major repair or upgrade, to multi-week trips out of state to places like Moab or the Rubicon Trail. Smaller events pop up quickly on our members-only AJE Facebook page, while bigger events that require more planning get added to the club calendar here on our website.
