I have been wheeling all my life – grew up with a 1983 K10. Got our first family Jeep in 2020 and that’s when we got serious as a family wheeling.

I love wheeling and even more than wheeling and off-road driving, I love the friendships that come with it! Getting to be president of the club is a great honor. I am excited to help the club continue to grow and to be fun for everyone!

I joined the club to meet other Jeep people and learn to wheel.

I have been wheeling in some form or fashion for about 20 years. Started with a ’48 CJ2A on a deer ranch.

A little about me and why I love being an AJE Board Member
I love that Jeeps combine two things I enjoy, automotive wrenching and being outdoors. I love the friendships that AJE creates, sitting around the campfire and telling stories is just as good as the actual wheeling. Looking forward to how I can use my role to keep making AJE better.

I have a ’13 JK and an ’05 LJ. Previous jeeps were an ’04 TJ and a ’94 YJ.
A little about me and why I love being an AJE Board Member
Membership in an organized club like AJE has a lot of benefits – expert spotters, great camaraderie, friends to help you work on your rig, a club run every month, experienced wheelers and mechanics to learn from, etc. It takes work behind the scenes to make that all possible, which is why I volunteered to be on the board.

How long have you been wheeling?
Got my first Jeep, a 1953 M38A1, at 16, and I have been around old military Jeeps on and off ever since. Got my first modern Jeep, a JLUR, in 2021, and I am still new to rock crawling.

I was drawn to AJE because it is a well-run organization with great people. I’m excited to help with events so everyone can have a good time and have fun things to do.

A little about me and why I love being an AJE Board Member
Some of the best people I’ve known through my life were Jeepers. A member came to another Jeep event and recruited me because there were only 2 (local) girls in the club at the time. Oh, how times have changed! Members of this club have been there for me when I was at my happiest and my lowest. I owe this club, and its members a lot!
